ABOUT PATRICK NOLAN

The 1973 Nobel Prize for Peace that was awarded to Henry Kissinger and (not accepted by) Le Duc Tho, was my first personal awareness of the Nobel Prize as a child. In his Acceptance Speech, Kissinger said,

“The Nobel Peace Prize was as much an award to a purpose as to a person. More than the achievement of peace, it symbolizes the quest for peace.”

Like the filmmaker of NOBELITY, I'm a father of two young children. After screening NOBELITY, its message lept out at me. If the children of the world's future was somehow in my hands, what could I do that would be significant enough to help them. For me, the answer was found in the question. My hands. I approached Turk shortly thereafter.

This site is my leap of faith that I will help affect change in the world. I hope that this film inspires your quest and that this site provides a place from which you can take action. If you change what you do in the next instant, you can begin changing the world.
